With only 10 days to go until the official end of winter here in New Zealand, I have been dreaming of summer and all of the amazing things that go with it.
My 11 favourite things about summer are...
- the feel of the sun on bare skin
- being able to chuck on a dress and leave the house looking good
- salads for dinner
- the way the days seem to last forever
- having a picnic underneath a shady tree
- wearing my hair down
- biking along beside the ocean
- ice cold drinks on a hot day
- bare feet in long grass
- white dresses - you can never have too many!
- having a bonfire on the beach
- gelato
I might be getting a little bit ahead of myself though as I have to get through spring first! Oh but there are so many things to love about spring...
